PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
For orders with a cart value of €50, shipping is free of charge.

International deliveries:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €13.99 per order for deliveries to EU countries.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be made available to you via a link sent by email.
The dispatch of this email with access data for the provision of digital content occurs within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment following the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 2-4 working days, for foreign deliveries within 2-8 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment following the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
